1. Service Delivery
Our services are delivered digitally via email, shared drives, virtual meetings, or agreed project platforms.Delivery timelines are outlined in your proposal or agreement. Timelines may adjust depending on your responsiveness and project scope.
2. Payments
All payments are due as outlined in your proposal, invoice, or contract.Payments are in U.S. Dollars (USD), unless otherwise specified.
3. Refunds
Due to the nature of our services, all payments are non-refundable once a project begins.
Refunds are not provided for completed or partially completed work.Exceptions (such as billing errors) may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
4. Cancellations
Projects may be canceled before kickoff with written notice; in such cases, any upfront deposit may be non-refundable.If a client becomes unresponsive for 30 days or more, the project may be considered abandoned and no refund will be issued.
5. Project Abandonment
If repeated attempts to reach the client fail, Glow Ops Media may close the project and retain all payments made.
